Unsuitable products

If a product is unsuitable for you, you may return it, within 30 days, unopened and undamaged and in the manufacturer’s original packaging, for a full refund, less postage.

We recommend that you use a Recorded Delivery service for posting your package.

The procedure for returning is as follows:

• Inform us as soon as you receive the product that is unsuitable (It is important that you do this as soon as you can).

• Make a copy of the invoice, and write your reason for return on the back, & include copy of the invoice inside the package.

• Wrap package securely.

• Send to the address shown on the invoice (you did make a copy, didn’t you??. It's Ralf Werner, 5007 Crowne Chase Pkwy, Hoover, Al 35244)

• We will send a replacement immediately upon receipt, less postage.

Refunds

Refunds will be made within 10 working days once we have received and processed the returned item. We will send your refund by mail if you pay by cheque or by credit to your card if you pay by credit or debit card.
